Wind Park Mihai Viteazu in Romania completed

In the meantime, all the wind turbines of the wind energy project Mihai Viteazu in Romania, which was developed by us, are installed: The 40 2-MW-Gamesa-Turbines are connected to the grid, the park is completed.

At the moment the test operation phase is still in process, whereby all 40 turbines are already producing electricity, which is fed into the grid.
It’s planned that the actual commercial operation of the park will commence in the next 2 to 3 weeks.

The wind park represents the first fully completed wind energy project of the company Iberdrola Renovables, S.A. in Romania, for which we were allowed to carry out the project development. Further projects are in the pipeline, among others approximately 600 MW of wind power, which will be connected to the grid in the newly to be constructed transformer station Tariverde.
