Another wind park project in Ghana receives provisional operational licence

After having received provisional operational licences for three of our wind park projects in Ghana for the production of green power so far, another of our projects has received that licence from the Energy Commission (Provisional Generation and Wholesale Supply Licence) as per end of June.

This project, located close to the village of Sege on the Atlantic Coast of Ghana, will generate a nominal output of about 140 MW depending on the type of turbines that will be chosen.

Moreover, we have submitted few weeks ago our extensive environmental and social impact assessment for this project to the environmental authorities. We now await the issuance of the relevant approval (EPA-licence) during the next few weeks.

With this approval, our project pipeline will be extended by another wind park for which we will receive most probably all necessary construction and operational permits during the next 9 to 12 months.
